The main pageThe Company Investhouse is involved in real estate management and consulting since 2006. The main Company’s objectives are: real estate projects' portfolio management, project acquisition and accompaniment, tax consulting and legal support as well as sales arrangements. The Company’s leading consultants are the certificated and highly experienced specialists. By the period of existence, the Company has successfully accomplished the following projects: business centre "Dom Modeley" (Kiev), class "B" office-centre "Turgenevskiy" (Kiev), class "A" business centre "Millennium" (Kiev). At the present moment the Company guides six projects: 2 office centers (“Business-centre Yuzhniy” Kharkov and "PRI" Yuzhmedbiosyntez" Odessa), storage facilities ("Dunayvodstroy-124" Odessa), 2 projects for cottage community in Kiev region ("River Sides" – village Gavronschyna, total area - 160 ha and "Paradise Park" – village Makovysche, total area exceeds 86 ha (Makarovskiy region) and the project "Arabatskaya Zvezda" – recreation complex at Azov seaside. In 2011, our company "Investhaus" won the "Best Management Company" in competition "Profesiyne viznannya 2011", which is organized by the Union of Real Estate Specialists of Ukraine, the Real Estate Chamber of Ukraine, the international organization "FIABCI Ukraine", and also won in this nomination, "Best Management Company" by the results of voting online.
